Thanksgiving always reminds me to slow down, look around, and appreciate the people who truly matter. This year, more than ever, I feel the need to say thank you to my friends, my family, and every supporter who has stood with me through the good days and the heavy ones. I’m grateful for each of you, and I don’t take any of it for granted.
Life has a strange way of testing us. Some seasons feel calm, and others feel like life is throwing punches from every direction. But even during the days when I’ve been under attack, feeling the pressure, feeling the stress, or fighting silent battles people don’t always see, I’ve had real people in my corner. If you’re one of those people, trust me……you know who you are…… And I want you to know how much your support means to me.
I also hope that I can be the same for you. If you ever find yourself under attack by life, by stress, by doubt….I want to show up for you the same way you’ve shown up for me. That’s what real support looks like. It’s not just about standing with someone when things are fun and easy. It’s about being steady when life gets loud, confusing, or unfair.
Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful for what we have, and it’s also a reminder that someone out there wishes they had what you have. Someone wishes they had your peace, your family, your health, your chances, your strength, your support system even on the days you forget how blessed you are. So don’t lose sight of that. Be grateful, even in the small moments BE GRATEFUL
Never stop being a giver.
We need more people in the world who give without expecting something back. Give your time, your kindness, your love, your wisdom, your encouragement whatever you can. Be the change you want to see. Be the reason someone believes in good people again.
If you’re a good person, don’t let life, pain, or people change who you are. Hold onto your heart. Hold onto your character. Hold onto the parts of you that make you YOU. It can be tempting to shut down or get cold when people hurt you, but that’s when you have to remind yourself who you are and why you do what you do.
Life might knock you around sometimes, but it also has a funny way of working out. It has a way of leading you where you’re meant to be, even if the journey doesn’t make sense at first. So stay thankful, stay grounded, and stay true to yourself.
To everyone reading this…
Thank you for the love, the support, the advice, the prayers, the check ins, the laughs, and even the tough conversations. I appreciate you more than you know. I hope this season fills your home with peace, joy, and real moments that last.
……Happy Thanksgiving.
