For months, I kept hearing the same question… Where is Chris Jericho going next?

Was he done? Was he heading back to WWE? Or was this just another one of those wrestling disappearances that leaves fans guessing?

Well… we finally got our answer.

This is no April fools joke….Chris Jericho is back in AEW.

Who Is Chris Jericho?

If you’re newer to wrestling, let me break it down simple.

Chris Jericho is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. He’s been doing this for over 30 years and has worked in just about every major company you can think of, including WWE and All Elite Wrestling.

He’s known for reinventing himself over and over again. Different looks, different attitudes, different characters but always relevant.

In AEW he made history by becoming the very first AEW World Champion. From the start, he helped put the company on the map.

The Return That Felt Big

After months away, Jericho showed back up on AEW television and it just felt right.

The crowd reaction? Loud. Real loud.

You could tell people missed him.

And honestly, I did too.

He Looks Like a Different Jericho

One thing I noticed right away and I know I wasn’t the only one Jericho looked in shape.

Before he stepped away, there were a lot of talks and reports saying he was looking a little rough. Not the same Jericho we were used to seeing in his prime. It happens, this business is tough, and time catches up to everybody.

But this time?

He looked refreshed. Leaner. More focused.

Months of Rumors Finally Paid Off

There was a lot of speculation about his future.

Some people thought he might go back to WWE. Others thought he might be slowing things down for good.

But instead, he returned to AEW and in my opinion, that says a lot about where his heart is right now.

My Honest Take

I’m glad to see Chris Jericho back.

And I mean that whether it was AEW or WWE, I just wanted to see him back in the ring doing what he does best.

Because at the end of the day, wrestling is better when Jericho is involved.

Now I’ll be honest about something else too…

This feels like it could be his last run.

I’m not saying it is for sure but the way he looks, the way he came back, the timing of everything it gives that vibe of one more meaningful run before he slows it down into retirement.

But then again… this is the wrestling business.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned you never say never…
