Today was one of those days that just filled my heart. Alongside Firefighter Cotton and Firefighter Thomas, we set out on a mission that wasn’t about fighting fires or responding to emergencies, it was about showing love and gratitude. With flowers in hand, we hit the streets to personally thank some incredible women for the most selfless act of all….giving life.
Mother’s Day is more than a date on the calendar, it’s a reminder that none of us would be here without the sacrifices, love, and strength of a mother. Whether biological, adoptive, or a mother figure, these amazing women shape lives and build futures with every ounce of love they give.
Today, we didn’t just hand out flowers we shared smiles, gave out hugs, and reminded random mothers just how important and appreciated they are. Seeing their surprised faces light up was the best part of it all.
So, to all the mothers out there thank you for your endless love, your sacrifices, and for being the backbone of so many families. We appreciate you, we celebrate you, and we honor you.
