I’ve got to hand it to Tropikal Bird… they just pulled off one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had in a long time. About a month ago, they rolled into Hampton, Georgia, bringing their Southern style turkey bowls and a whole lot of flavor. And let me tell you, if you’re a turkey fan or even if you’re just a fan of good food you missed out if you weren’t there.
Unbeatable Taste and Generous Portions
First off, the pulled turkey they serve is absolutely phenomenal. We’re talking meat that’s fall off the bone tender, with a Southern touch that makes every bite a little piece of comfort food heaven. They had different options for their turkey bowls, and the portion sizes were no joke. I mean, it was a challenge to finish it all and I’ve got a good appetite! They’re not out here price gouging either which is a breath of fresh air with everything else getting pricier these days.
Service With a Smile
The folks running the truck were just as awesome as the food. Super friendly, super welcoming, and they made you feel like you were at a family cookout. I read some other reviews and a lot of people felt the same way…these folks just know how to treat their customers right.

And here’s a big bonus, even my picky three year old son Miles loved it. He was digging into my plate after finishing his own food, which is about the best endorsement you can get from a toddler. If a 3 year old is coming back for more food you know it’s good!!
